For this take white flour and water and whisk them together till you get a smooth nice paste. Let the mix boil for say 10-15 minute. The paste should be of medium consistency, neither too drippy nor too thick. Add some petroleum jelly to the paste to make it more sticky.

Again apply a layer of school glue. Then on the borders of the drawing apply black bits of tissue paper. Finally let it dry and again apply another coat of school glue. Voila!
